CALM is different to other techniques because its primary focus is on changing your relationship with your mind by engaging present moment awareness. By being Consciously Aware in Life with Meditation, instead of having to stop your thoughts, fix your emotions or perfect your life before you can enjoy some serenity and success, Mind Calm enables you to access calm, clarity, confidence and fulfilment now.

The recommended daily practice is 2 x 15 minute closed-eye ‘Calm Sittings’. You are also encouraged to do open-eyed ‘Calm Moments’ throughout your day to maximise results. There are two primary meditation techniques - Mind Calm and Body Calm - each serving different purposes and providing different benefits. You will learn how to teach both during your Meditation Teacher course (plus additional awareness-raising exercises).

Mind Calm 

Mind Calm is the modern meditation technique that gives you 'peace with mind' and proves the secret to success is stillness. Mind Calm consists of 3 steps and includes the occasional thinking of a series of 10 Mind Calm Thoughts. Mind Calm helps you to ‘be here now’ and 'be still now' by being consciously aware. The benefits of being still are boundless.

Body Calm
